Even wondered how cheese is made? In this class you will learn how to make Mozzarella Cheese! A simple, easy beginner cheese for all ages. You will be able to choose between cow’s milk or goat’s milk for your cheese making. Students will learn and then have an opportunity to make their own cheese to take home.
Class requires a $25.00 Non-Refundable Deposit Due upon sign up.
