In this hands on class, you’ll learn the essential techniques of pressure canning by safely preserving carrots for shelf-stable storage. We’ll walk you through the entire process - from prep and safety basics to canning, cooling and clean up, so you can confidently can low-acid foods at home. This class fulfills pre-requisite needs for up-coming advanced pressure canning classes. Class requires a $25.00 Non-Refundable Deposit Due upon sign up. (Deposit applied to class cost).  Once we have confirmed your class purchase, you will receive an email with the details for the class, location, cancellation policy and a confirmation email.
